Hello friends and family. Welcome to my webpage. I chose the name for my site from one of my favorite songs, In My Life, from the Beatles 1965 Rubber Soul album.
I grew up in the 60’s and first developed my love of traveling during that time. As most of you know, I have continued to love traveling and experiencing the unfamiliar sights, smells and sounds of places I have never been before. I am entering a time in my life that I will have more opportunity to see things both near and far from home in a more unhurried way. I will be chronicling this experience (and others in my life) through my website and hope you will join me from time to time along the way.
Beginning in July I will be traveling in Spain (walking the Camino), France, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, and Turkey. I hope you will share my travels with me through this site.
You also probably know that I like to take photographs along the way so from time to time I will share those through the blog as well.
